Ltd., Tachikawa Aircraft Company (Tachikawa Hikōki KK), and the Yokosuka Naval Air Technical Arsenal (Dai-Naigun Kōkū Gijutsushō).

This Living Collection spans one of the most technically sophisticated and historically significant aviation traditions of the twentieth century. From the Mitsubishi A6M Zero and the Nakajima Ki-84 Hayate to the Kawanishi N1K Shiden, the Aichi D3A dive bomber, and the Yokosuka MXY-7 Ohka — Japanese manufacturers and naval arsenals produced an extraordinary range of original designs under intense wartime conditions. Post-war documentation from Kawasaki and Mitsubishi extends the collection into the modern era. Documents are presented as archival, static-copy editions fixed at their original publication dates, intended for historical research, flight simulation, museum restoration, and educational use only.

Not approved for active airworthiness maintenance under FAA 14 CFR § 43.13, EASA Part-M, or equivalent international regulations. Operators of active aircraft must use current, revision-controlled publications from the Type Certificate holder or an authorized distributor.
