1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Online Aviation Library (onlineaviationlibrary.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Product Description & Use

Online Aviation Library, operated by Sicuro Publishing, provides structured digital aviation documentation services including historical aircraft technical manuals, blueprints, and CAD drawings.

Our Role: Sicuro Publishing does not distribute controlled content. We provide documentation structuring, compliance architecture, and publishing systems for content legally owned by our clients and licensing partners.

Scope and Purpose: These materials are sold for historical reference, research, and archival purposes only. Content consists of original or reproduced manuals, blueprints, and technical documentation from aircraft operational periods, now transferred into electronic format and structured for modern access.

Not for Active Airworthiness: These materials are NOT intended for current certification, repair, or airworthiness compliance. For aircraft still in service, consult current Type Certificate holders, regulatory authorities, and approved maintenance organizations for up-to-date airworthiness data.

Content Accuracy: Information is provided for reference only. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or currency of historical materials. Users must independently verify all technical data before application.

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Rights and Ownership: Sicuro Publishing owns the compilation, structure, indexing, and presentation of these collections, registered in Canada under Sicuro Publishing in the Canadian Copyright Database (https://www.ic.gc.ca/app/opic-cipo/cpyrghts/dsplySrch.do?lang=eng). Underlying historical factory materials remain the property of their original creators or current rights holders.

Licensing Framework: For manufacturers no longer in business, we operate under collective copyright agreements for their documentation archives. For manufacturers still in operation, bilateral licensing agreements permit structured distribution of common information for obsolete aircraft models, engines, and components no longer in active production.

Trademark Notice: Reference to commercial products, trade names, trademarks, or manufacturers does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, those entities. All trade names, trademarks, and manufacturer names are the property of their respective owners.

4. Digital Downloads

All products are delivered as digital downloads. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased documentation. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

5. Permitted Use

Purchased documentation is licensed for personal, non-commercial use including:

Historical research and reference
Aircraft restoration projects
Scale modeling and hobby purposes
Educational and museum applications
Personal collection and study

You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the documentation without express written permission from Online Aviation Library.

6. Limitation of Liability

Online Aviation Library provides historical documentation "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current applicability of any technical information contained in our manuals and blueprints.

Under no circumstances shall Online Aviation Library be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or documentation.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the instant digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct documentation before completing your order. If you experience technical issues with your download, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Online Aviation Library reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
