Refund policy
All products sold by Online Aviation Library are digital downloads delivered electronically. Once a download link is accessed or a file is downloaded, all sales are final.
EU Buyers — Right of Withdrawal / Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(m)), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content where delivery has begun with the buyer's prior express consent, and the buyer has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase on Online Aviation Library, you confirm that:
- You expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.
- You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following cases: the file is corrupted or technically inaccessible, the download link fails to function, or the product description is materially inaccurate.

Delivery
Products are delivered electronically via email and are accessible through your customer account dashboard under My Account → Orders → Downloads. Files are in PDF format, compatible with all major devices and operating systems.
