Historical Turbomeca Marboré engine documentation

The Marboré entered service in the early 1950s after its first bench run in December 1950 and maiden flight on 16 June 1951 aboard the Fouga Gémeaux. It evolved from the Turbomeca Piméné and Palas and was produced in France by Société Turbomeca, with licensed derivatives including the Teledyne CAE J69 in the United States, the ENMASA Marboré M21 in Spain, and the Chinese WP11.
