Company Overview
Aero Boero S.A. is an Argentine aircraft manufacturer established in 1956 by brothers Héctor and César Boero, alongside Agostino Barale, in Morteros, Córdoba Province. The company originally operated as a repair and maintenance facility for light aircraft. Recognizing a strong local demand for crop-dusting and pilot training, the founders began designing their own rugged, high-wing utility monoplanes.
The company manufactured more than 350 airframes before economic downturns and political instability in Argentina forced them to cease aircraft production in mid-2000. Today, their aircraft remain highly popular legacy platforms for flying clubs, flight instruction, and agricultural operations across South America — particularly in Argentina and Brazil.

Aero Boero aircraft share a highly recognizable and utilitarian design philosophy built to withstand rustic operating environments:

- Aero Boero AB-180 — Development of the AB-115 with 180 hp engine.
- Aero Boero AB-210 — Development of the AB-115 with 210 hp engine and tricycle undercarriage. One built.
